I've used online templates, automated programming, and group templates as well. I learned a lot about autoregulation and programming but never felt like it was optimal for me. I was always playing catchup with fatigue management.

I recently had another baby and am back in school, so I was searching for guidance and coaching. I am so very grateful to find Lucie at Reykjavik Barbell.  Online coaching works well for me because I work out with a baby at home so I needed flexibility. Lucie communicates really well and provides feedback on each workout.  The programming is adapting to my needs in real time and I am feeling so strong. I am learning so much from her cues! She encouraged me to pick a competition date, which has been a lifelong goal of mine.  I am so excited to see my progress with her. She has so much knowledge in strength training and helped me navigate my postpartum journey as well. I highly recommend her coaching services!

Lucie helps you get a lot stronger in a short amount of time. After a few months I was about 10 kg of muscle heavier and squatting 150kg in the squat and 190kg in the deadlift and I am still progressing.
